At first, I thought, “yes, that’s like me, and that’s not like me” ... and then I thought about it and realised it was pretty accurate, and it was very much like me. I have a better understanding of how I behave, how I work, and what my areas of opportunity are.

Since having the report done, I have found that my leader understands me better and has already taken steps to support me in my role as Property Manager.

Recruiting a new team member can be uncertain. The EDISC Behavioural Assessment explained to us by Daneen Littlejohn was helpful and provided insight into the behaviour of our BDM. I was reflecting on the past 24 months in preparation for the team in 2022; and whilst all companies have had many challenges within their organisations due to COVID it was a relief knowing the work we had achieved with your coaching allowed our processes to become like chameleons and adapt effectively and efficiently with every hurdle.
