Jacob Aldridge

An international business coach and consultant, Jacob has welcomed over 2,000 business owners to his workshops and events and worked at depth with more than 350 privately-held companies across 14 countries. 

And it all began in May 2000, when he was employed as a casual Sales Administrator – answering the Saturday phone calls and typing contracts for one of Brisbane’s leading independent Agencies Patrick Dixon Real Estate. Having immediately fallen in love with the Real Estate industry, Jacob’s career progressed through sales and property management administration, IT and accounts support, training and office management, until he was recruited to be the State Operations Manager for Harcourts Queensland in 2005. 

This role – supporting 80 offices around Queensland with a wide range of business planning and panicking – gave Jacob the confidence to take additional training as a business coach and consultant, allowing him to leverage his expertise across a wide range of industries and even work and speak at conferences overseas. Jacob is the best-selling author of Visionary Male Leaders and has written or co-authored other books on Remote Work, Business Ownership, and Brisbane Riverfront Housing.

His relationship with Real Estate Dynamics began in 2013, working closely with the executive and the coaching and training team over many years to deliver practical support to Agency owners and property management teams. From 2024, Jacob has partnered with us to bring his wealth of industry experience and consulting expertise to support Real Estate Dynamics Members and Partners around Australia and internationally. 

Jacob helps you implement the Real Estate Dynamics foundations for both efficiency and scalability while also bringing a unique energy borne from the belief that business is best when it’s fun.

And Jacob likes to relax. He once held a Guinness World Record for non-stop movie-watching and has a lifelong dream of sourcing the world’s finest Stracciatella gelati.
