In 2017 Jenny Sewell joins the Real Estate Dynamics team as an external Training Consultant, where she will have the opportunity to demonstrate her extensive range of training, leadership and management skills.

Jenny has over 30 years’ experience as a manager, and marketing, sales and customer service executive across industries including real estate, tourism, education and holiday parks. Jenny has lead successful teams to deliver extraordinary results in her roles as National Training Manager for Australia’s largest cooperative Real Estate network, Brand Manager for North Coast TAFE, and Marketing Manager for the NSW Crown Holiday Parks Trust. She has held several Board level appointments in real estate and tourism, and has been Director of her own successful real estate and training companies.

Jenny is also well-known and nationally respected as a business consultant for her knowledge and expertise in sales, marketing, leadership and business development across diverse industries. Her passion is strategic planning and systems. She believes that having a sound strategy supported by documented systems and a regular training to grow capability creates a solid platform for business success.

Currently finishing a Master of Business Administration at UNE, Jenny is a gifted facilitator, trainer and educator and holds a Bachelor of Education, a Cert IV Training and Assessment, is a Certified Prosci Change Manager and has a Balanced Score Card Certification.
