As a fully remote organisation, we provide the technology necessary for effective remote work. We also design our meeting schedule to accommodate working parents, which allows them to drop off and pick up the kids from school.
With team members based across Australia, it can be challenging to bring everyone together, but we love a challenge! We host a variety of social events, such as online Friday Arvo drinks, annual Strategy Days, annual Christmas Party, monthly awards and more!
We encourage all team members to take time to rest and recharge, particularly over the Holiday periods to spend more time with their loved ones. Additionally, all team members receive a complimentary day off on their birthday.
