In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with our clients, using our proven online technology, systems and resources, to help them be successful and sustainable in building, buying or selling their business as they meet and manage the challenges in the changing Property Management landscape
  • Help our clients with their Property Management processes and legislative questions
  • Demonstrate and provide support to clients on our products and resources
  • Support and co-host our digital learning programs
  • Conduct Property Management business diagnostics with interviews, operational audits and analysis and reporting
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of our services and products

Knowledge, Skills & Experience we are ideally looking for

  • Be a ‘people’ person, able to inspire, influence, and gain confidence
  • Ability to build strong relationships in a short time
  • Presentation / training experience, skills and confidence to do so
  • High level analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple competing tasks
  • Be professional in the way you dress, communicate and organise yourself
  • Be willing to learn and develop your personal and business skills
  • Be able to work in a team environment with a high level of autonomy
  • Minimum of 5 years in a client facing role at a senior level
  • Minimum of 2 years in a Property Management or similar property services related role

General Description of Position:

  • Manages and develops relationships with Agency Business Owners by providing customer service and initial business analysis meetings
  • Meets the growth targets and objectives on a monthly and annual basis

Our ideal applicant will meet the following criteria:

Experience Requirements:

  • Prefer at least three (3) years’ experience in residential property management or other solid and suitable experience in the real estate industry e.g. operations, sales or supplier and support roles.
  • Demonstrate proven success in business development or related roles

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes Required:


  • Understanding of how Property Management and Real Estate Agencies work
  • Experience using Communication Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Microsoft Suite experience
