About The Role:

Reporting to the Business Consulting Manager, your main focus is to coach and mentor leaders through organisational and operational change as they transform their business. Transforming a business requires strong leadership and you will use your knowledge of leadership and people development to help develop the capabilities of leaders and their people. You’ll also be responsible for designing and delivering online learning and education to support our client’s personal and professional transformations. You will be surrounded and supported by industry experts who will provide you with the industry specific knowledge to set you up for success.

General Description of Position:

  • Work with leaders to drive operational transformation in their business through regular online coaching meetings
  • Provide advice on effectively managing organisational change
  • Support leaders throughout the entire transformation cycle
  • Conduct full business diagnostics
  • Provide support to our clients on Property Management processes and legislative requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive, long-term experience and demonstrated achievement in a learning and development role or a HR generalist role from within the property, finance or legal industry (at least 3 years preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in a people management role
  • Proven success in leading change initiatives
  • Proven empathic relationship-building skills including successfully influencing, consulting and collaborating with both teams and individuals
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
  • A genuine interest in people and a positive attitude
  • A demonstrated commitment to continual improvement, innovation and learning
  • Knowledge of change management principles and coaching models is desired

Experience Requirements:

  • Prefer at least three (3) years’ experience in residential property management or other solid and suitable experience in the real estate industry e.g. operations, sales or supplier and support roles.

Knowledge:

  • Understanding of how Property Management and Real Estate Agencies work
  • Experience using Communication Relationship Management (CRM) software
