The Role

An exciting opportunity is now available for an outstanding individual to join the Business Support team in the role of Team Assistant.

The Business Support Team is responsible for the effective management and delivery of key functions within the business such as:

  • Team administration support
  • Database Management
  • Document production and control
  • Marketing and Mailouts
  • Events coordination
  • Contract administration
  • Service Agreements
  • Variety of admin tasks
  • Collation of reports with data

The number one focus of this role will be driving excellence in service within a team of client focused individuals and as such superior communication, time management and problem solving skills are essential. You will be highly motivated, resourceful and a proactive team player.

Your ability to multi task and communicate clearly with both customers and colleagues alike will be paramount to your success.

We envisage the successful candidate will possess strong administrative skills including proficiency in the use of MS Office.
