When enrolling in BDM Performance Program, I was concerned about my time management as I had just commenced in the role a few weeks earlier. However, what I discovered was a reminder of time management strategies and tools as well as undertaking lessons that I could start to implement immediately, which helped in the new role. My biggest concern when attending BDM Performance Program was that the course would be revolved around the most common methods of prospecting (Signboards, DL Flyers, Online Advertising etc). Although these activities are important, they do get somehow repeated by most trainers that I have personally come across. Bearing that in mind, I found two new methods of prospecting! It was also exciting to see how prospecting can be expanded across all personal contacts, from Landlords/Tenants and Tradespeople/suppliers to even friends and family. It was my first full online course so I was somehow sceptical how the delivery, attendee participation and even internet connection would happen. Everything worked out even better than what I had thought. The information and dialogues provided we are given a chance to download. Very helpful info and it will be used daily. The live sessions were always on time and it was easy to interact with others and use the student portal. I also enjoyed the accountability through assignments, KPIs and the chance to see how other BDMs operate/perform live. 10/10 I would recommend this course!

When I was considering enrolling in The Ultimate Property Manager, I was worried that it would be similar to the 'Winning in Property Management' Course and I wouldn't get much out of it. Whilst there were some similarities, I definitely did get some new information and tips from the course. The accessibility with two half-days via Zoom was convenient to fit into my work schedule. It was also easy to understand with real-life takeaways that you can apply in the office, plus the trainer was very engaging. 7/10 I would recommend this course to any Property Manager.

They really knew their stuff, and it showed. The course content was rich with valuable information, and I loved how they made it easy to understand. The KPI Tracker, weekly planner and personal performance plan were my favourite parts of the training. They made me sit down and really think about my goals for the next few months and beyond. It gave me a clear direction to follow and boosted my motivation like never before. The scripts provided were well-crafted for calling potential clients. These scripts proved to be an invaluable resource that not only boosted my confidence but also enhanced my ability to engage in role-plays effectively. The practical application of the training through these scripts greatly contributed to my overall learning experience. 8/10 I would recommend BDM Performance Program to any BDM in Property Management.

Initially, I was worried that I wouldn't have what it takes to be a BDM. Instead, what I found was that this course was incredible! It gave me the confidence and self-belief that I could. I have learnt so much about prospecting, listing presentations and connecting with clients and I love how every single fortnight, there were book recommendations and also podcasts. The live videos are filled with so much information whilst seeing the fortnightly results is very motivating and being able to book a time to chat with Courtney was also great. 9/10 I recommend this course to any BDM in the industry.

When booking in for BDM Performance Program, I was concerned whether I would get much out of it for the time involved, yet I found the trainer - Courtney - to be excellent. She knew her materials and made the course interesting and relevant. I enjoyed discovering how to approach negotiations and hard conversations which I now use every day. 99% of the course was relevant and it increased my self-confidence when dealing with people. The other benefits I appreciated were developing my awareness of time to set up a daily schedule and stick to it as well as increased communication skills. As I have been in real estate for over 30 years both selling and property management I was concerned that I would not take anything away from this course. However, I used this course as a refresher and found that there were items that I was very familiar with and some that I learnt new ideas from. Some of these included presentations at an appraisal and ongoing ideas about securing new properties plus new ideas on different sources. I found that some of the resources are new to me and have been interesting as were the Podcasts and being able to keep track of my KPIs. I rate BDM Performance Program 8/10 and would recommend it to anyone looking to refresh their BDM knowledge.

My main concern when deciding on a Broker was that I had a private sale option on the table so there would be no commission if I went that way and I would walk away with more money. However, after having a chat with Brad and telling him I had this option on the table he came back a few days later and opened up another world with his option. The end result is I am in a financially better position than I ever thought was possible, Brad really can think out of the box and match better buyers to sellers than anyone! However, I found that David Little was excellent - he was very helpful and his communication throughout I felt was more than expected. At first, my main hesitation was with trying to find a broker who specializes in real estate business. But in the end, I was of the belief that Real Estate Dynamics was the best choice. When considering a Broker to sell our Business, I was initially concerned about the price. What I found however was that working with Real Estate Dynamics was hassle-free and worth the agents fee. Brad Robson's communication and the fact that he was transparent about how he was working with the clients was particularly good. The remote/paperless aspect, ability to work from our CRM's and work with the lawyers were also great benefits. Despite this, what I realised was that I should have gone with Real Estate Dynamics and Stephen Gray to begin with! What I liked most about Real Estate Dynamics is that they are a well-oiled machine... What took my old broker 2-3 weeks, Real Estate Dynamics got done in 24-48 hours. What I saved in commission with my broker, ended up costing me more as they did not prepare contracts themselves and had to have a solicitor do it; plus much more. I really appreciated how I was saving on legal fees as you draft the contract yourself and the communication was excellent (this is a simple one, but a biggie). From my initial phone call to head office, then with Brad & Nathan, it was clear that the team at Real Estate Dynamics have a structured & process driven business. When I was put on the phone with Brad on our initial call, he purely focused on understanding our business and also explained the process of selling with in-depth detail. The attention to detail throughout the whole process was just phenomenal. Part of making any informed decision on our family business that we have operated for 20 years, we contacted another x2 brokers in the rent roll brokerage space and we essentially knew that if we were to select another broker it would be a loss for us. The consistency & effort at all times by both Brad & Nathan let alone their communication levels with us was just exceptional, I did not need to call Brad or think about where things are at with the sale. We were constantly updated from the beginning right up until settlement. From the time we went to market, we knew exactly where things were at which naturally is important when selling an asset. One of the best features of this process was the communication & effort levels with Brad & Nathan which was just incredible for the entire process, the consistency throughout the sale, it would be foolish for anyone to think to go elsewhere. The admin/contract team, Chloe & Jessica, they are both absolutely amazing with their communication and delivery of data & contracts. The contract turn around especially with our contract as the buyer did not electronically sign the contract and there was a lot more manual work involved for Chloe to do and she did a fantastic job as well as Jessica with all the data. The other main benefits were their knowledge & qualifying of leads - eg. Very quick to understand & identify the right buyer for our business. They were incredibly reliable. I didn’t have to wait for a second call from Brad or Nathan, they are just all over it the entire time and they actually wanted to make sure we got the best buyer fit for our business. 10/10 I would recommend Real Estate Dynamics if you are considering selling your Rent Roll. As part of my job role, I attended the Ending a Tenancy eLearning course to learn more about the processes that I can use to improve. By completing the course, I discovered how important attention to detail is and that you need to ensure communication is open, the final inspection checklist is used and you conduct the vacate appointment with an envelope of documentation.
