About the Role
You will be focused on generating new business and growing our client base by presenting our membership offerings to real estate business owners across Australia.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Presenting membership offerings and professional service add-ons to real estate business owners
- Conducting online sales meetings and presentations
- Interpreting business KPIs to match customers to the membership level that will support them in achieving their goals
- Lead generation activities (telephone)
- Promptly responding to new business enquiries
- Ensuring KPI’s and sales targets are continually achieved
This role can offer further career opportunities into our sales and acquisitions team, focusing on rent roll and agency sales.
A mobile phone and laptop will be provided.
About You
You are a highly motivated individual who is focused and driven by a strong need to achieve. You are a friendly, self-aware person who continually shows initiative and determination.
This role would suit someone with experience in Property Management, BDM, leasing or Real Estate sales.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in the Real Estate industry
- A natural ability to form solid relationships with clients
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-developed presentation and negotiation skills
- Intermediate skills using Microsoft applications and experience using CRM software
- Demonstrated success in a similar sales role – preferred
