1. General Terms and Conditions
1.1 Memberships apply to one (1) Real Estate office with an ABN, operating with up to 30 staff. Memberships do not cover multiple offices, ABNs or branches. Access to membership benefits cannot be shared with anyone other than employees of the registered office.
1.2 Any services delivered face-to-face may incur additional expenses. Please refer to our Travel Policy for details.
2. Minimum Membership Terms
2.1 Your membership commences upon initial payment and is a fixed term agreement of 12 months, ending on the anniversary of your first payment.
2.2 Memberships will continue beyond the end date of the fixed term agreement on a month-to-month basis until cancellation of membership occurs.
3. Cancellation of Membership
3.1 For cancellations occurring during the 12-month fixed term, you will be invoiced for the balance of your fixed term agreement.
3.2 An ongoing agreement on a month-to-month basis can be cancelled by providing written notice, allowing for a minimum of two (2) business days for cancellation to take effect and access to your membership benefits will be cut off.
3.3 Any cancellations received within two (2) business days of a scheduled billing date will take effect on the next scheduled billing date, being the cutoff date. You will have access to all membership benefits until the cutoff date.
3.4 No refunds are made for cancellations, however access to membership benefits remain available for the paid period until cutoff.
3.5 The client may request a pause of their membership, within the fixed term period, in cases of hardship i.e. prolonged hospital admission, bankruptcy, natural disasters. Approval for a period of pause is at the discretion of Real Estate Dynamics. A membership may be paused for a maximum of sixty (60) days. Any pause period will be added to the fixed term end date. If the customer is unable to continue with the membership after the paused period, then the remaining balance of the membership agreement, including the paused period, is to be paid out immediately.

4. Payment of Memberships
4.1 Initial payment will be deducted from your nominated credit card or bank account upon purchase.
4.2 All future monthly payments will be deducted from your nominated credit card or bank account on the monthly anniversary of the initial purchase and contract start date.
4.3 If your payment details are invalid for any reason, we will try two (2) more attempts and then if payment is still unsuccessful, access to membership benefits will be suspended until payment is made.
5. Transferring of Memberships Due to Sale of Business
5.1 In the instance that a business with an active membership in its fixed term is to sell, the membership may be transferred to the purchaser, or the remainder of the fixed agreement term paid out.
6. Terms for Included Services For Memberships
6.1 Accelerated and Accelerated Plus Memberships
6.1.1 Consulting Services
6.1.1.1 Accelerated members receive monthly business consulting sessions for 45-minutes and for 11 months per calendar year. (11 appointments)
6.1.1.2 Accelerated Plus members receive bi-monthly business consulting sessions for 45-minutes and for 11 months per calendar year. (22 appointments)
6.1.1.3 Consulting meetings are limited to a maximum of 45 minutes. Please ensure that you log into the waiting room 5-minutes before the scheduled start time.
6.1.1.4 Additional time or meetings will be at an additional charge.
6.1.1.5 If you are more than 15 minutes late or you fail to attend the scheduled meeting, you forfeit the meeting without replacement.
6.1.1.6 Changes to meeting times must be coordinated with the Consultant with a minimum of 48 business hours notice.
6.1.1.7 If your regular Consultant is unavailable, Real Estate Dynamics will endeavour to appoint another Consultant or reschedule the session.
6.1.1.8 Meetings do not run between the third week of December to the second week of January inclusive.
6.1.1.9 Real Estate Dynamics is the owner of all intellectual property rights and copyright relating to:
a. the Services (including but not limited all calculations and documents associated with the Services);
b. all designs, drawings, technical information and documents created, owned or held by Real Estate Dynamics; and
c. the content of any website owned or paid for by Real Estate Dynamics, remain the property of Real Estate Dynamics.
d. You must not link or transmit any documents owned by Real Estate Dynamics to a third party without the express consent of Real Estate Dynamics.
6.1.2 Training Services
6.1.2.1 Free access to eLearning and/or discounted access to live and online training is only available to employees of the Registered Agency that holds the active Accelerated or Accelerated Plus Membership.
6.1.2.2 No further discounts can be used in conjunction with a discounted membership rate.
6.1.2.3 Learners must register using the Registered Agencies company name as per their Membership details
6.1.2.4 Attendees agree that their log-in details and course content cannot be shared. Sharing of this information may lead to cancellation of enrolment.
6.1.2.5 Attendees best endeavours must be made to meet the requirements of the course and to achieve a Certificate of Completion which will be at the discretion of the trainer.
6.1.2.6 Real Estate Dynamics reserve the right to provide a Learner Progress report to the principal of their office
6.1.2.7 Access to eLearning will be removed for any employee who is no longer employed at the office with the active membership. It is the responsibility of Membership Account Holder to update Real Estate Dynamics with any changes to their employees that have access to eLearning.
6.1.2.8 Real Estate Dynamics reserves the right to cancel a live, online event up to 7 business days prior to commencement of the event.
6.1.2.9 Real Estate Dynamics reserves the right to amend or change the event date, event time, venue or trainer.
6.1.2.10 It is expected that all attendees arrive no later than the start time of the course.
6.1.2.11 Attendees who are disruptive, use inappropriate language or display general bad behaviour will be removed from the event and any amount paid is forfeited.
6.1.2.12 All attendees are prohibited from sharing other attendees personal information.
6.1.2.13 Payment for attending live events are to be pre-paid online or as otherwise offered.
6.1.2.14 Prices quoted as exclusive of Travel and Accommodation-related expenses, which are payable by the Customer.
6.1.2.15 Where CPD is available and requested by the Customer, the Customer is to pay the relevant CPD fee.
6.1.2.16 Full refunds are available up to 30 business days prior to the start of the course.
6.1.2.17 Part refunds of 50% of the total cost are available between 14 to 30 business days prior to the start date of the course.
6.1.2.18 Under 14 business days, no refunds are available.
6.1.2.19 Transfer to another employee in the same business are available up to 5 business days prior to the start of the course.
6.1.2.20 In the event that Real Estate Dynamics cancels your course enrolment, a full refund will be issued or a transfer will be offered.
6.1.2.21 If transferring to a different course of higher value, the difference must be paid upon confirmation.
6.1.2.22 If an attendee does not attend the course, no refunds or transfers are available, and any amount paid is forfeited.
6.1.3 Knowledge Resource Library and Support Hub
6.1.3.1 Each user requires their own login and users agree that their log-in details cannot be shared with others.
6.1.3.2 Content within the Resource Library and Support Hub cannot be shared with any external individuals or agencies. Sharing of this information may lead to suspension of your access.
6.1.3.3 Agencies are required to keep their users up to date and advise Real Estate Dynamics of any staff changes that may impact their users.
6.1.3.4 Support can be provided through the Live Chat, via email or phone call.
6.1.3.5 The information, advice, materials and services contained on this platform are provided to the user “as is” and “as available”. Real Estate Dynamics does not warrant or guarantee the currency, accuracy, adequacy or completeness of this information and materials, and expressly disclaim liability of any errors or omissions in this information or materials.

6.2 Agency and Agency Plus
6.2.1 Consulting Services
