Brad Robson

Hi, I’m Brad Robson and if you were to speak to the people I’ve worked with, they would describe me as an accomplished, caring, and dynamic leader. Those same people will tell you that I am skilled at providing robust business solutions that stimulate business growth, and that I have demonstrated success in financial management, commercial acumen, and sales/marketing. I joined the profession in 2003 and most of my real estate experience has been in residential sales and agency ownership.  

I believe that to succeed as a leader in real estate, you must be passionate about continual improvement, for both yourself and your people – this is a passion of mine. Leadership, personal development, strategic planning, and operational excellence are key areas of interest. I am passionate about providing subject matter expertise to real estate businesses looking to increase efficiencies, find the right people, achieve accelerated growth through acquisition or free up maximum capital through liquidation.  

Throughout my career, I have accumulated a track record of turning around underperforming businesses to become profitable, sustainable, and well-respected. Both with businesses I have managed and owned, so I understand the differences and the idiosyncrasies.
