Catherine Ho

Catherine brings over 30 years of senior-level administration experience across industries including real estate, engineering, construction, project management, accounting, energy, hospitality, HR, and government. She has worked with high-profile organisations such as BHP, KPMG, Energex, and the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet for G20.

Catherine first gained her experience in the Real Estate Industry starting out as the Receptionist for Ray White Coorparoo circa 1987 and then taking on their property rentals. As her career expanded through the decades, Catherine progressed into executive support roles, working closely with corporate leaders. Most recently, Catherine has worked in Health & Safety administration, assisting in policy development and compliance for BHP’s operations across Australia.

Highly motivated and organised, Catherine thrives on learning new skills and delivering exceptional service to all stakeholders.

Outside of work, Catherine is a passionate cook, loves travelling (previously living in Las Vegas, Byron Bay, Sydney and 1770) and has written two books with a third in tow – all on entertaining of course! When looking to relax, Catherine enjoys photography, reading the latest house magazines for interior design inspo, watching a good spy thriller and the next White Lotus series!

My responsibilities over the years as a PA/EA/Administrator have become more complex, in tandem with the obvious increase in ‘operational tempo’ in the businesses I have worked in. I understand the importance of being able to operate at a high level with minimal guidance. Working in a tough economic climate that is reactive to market conditions has rounded my skills to allow me to become an integral part of the management team, managing to deliver against budget while maintaining strong business relationships.”
