Chloe Stambolis

In her 20 years in Real Estate, Chloe has supported some of the industry’s top-performing Agents. During this time, her commitment to helping them achieve excellent sales results has never been faulted. Chloe’s motivation has been two-fold – to provide the best back-up and support to her team and to ensure that their clients have an excellent and stress-free experience.

Chloe has been the recipient of a number of company awards during her career. Her experience in dealing with high performing lead Agents has enabled her to develop her own enviable skillset including an ability to deliver exceptional customer service, a thorough understanding of the sale and marketing process, the importance of systems and procedures, highly organised time management and crucial attention to detail when preparing contracts.

Personally, family is high on Chloe’s list of priorities and is a busy mum to two children. On a professional level, Chloe’s motivation to join the wonderful team at Real Estate Dynamics in 2015 was to develop her knowledge and appreciation of Rent Roll growth and acquisition and play a part in supporting Principals to achieve their goals. Chloe assists the Sales Team with their administrative and contractual requirements throughout the entire brokerage process.
