With over ten years of experience in Customer Service and more than six years of experience working across the Real Estate Industry, Jessica combines her industry knowledge, experience and skills into her role as the Senior Administration Officer at Real Estate Dynamics.

A ‘Newy Girl’ at heart, Jessica first gained her experience in the Real Estate Industry in Newcastle, NSW. As her career progressed through roles such as Receptionist, Sales and Contract Administrator and Personal Assistant to the Director, Jessica soon found herself as the head of the Client Care team for one of Newcastle’s highest-performing Agencies.

Ready for a career shake-up and change of scenery, in 2019 Jessica and her fiancé decided to make the big move to Brisbane. It was then that Jessica decided she was ready for the next step in her career and wanted to expand into a Business and Human Resources focused role.

Joining the Real Estate Dynamics team at the beginning of 2020, Jessica’s role stretches across a variety of departments in the business, including Administration, Training, Human Resources, Business Resources and more!

Jessica is highly organised, personable and always up for a challenge. She loves learning new things and improving on her existing skills to ensure that all clients, customers and team members receive the highest level of service upon each interaction with Real Estate Dynamics.

Outside of work, Jessica loves spending her weekends with her fiancé Brock and their two pets, Banjo & Haley.

Jessica is an avid foodie and loves to try her hand at cooking – especially Vietnamese food! When looking to relax, Jessica loves nothing more than watching a good documentary or a new Netflix series!
