Kathryn joins Real Estate Dynamics with over 15 years of experience in real estate, commencing her career in property management in QLD, managing properties from the Gold Coast to the Sunshine Coast before moving into a Business Development role with a start-up property management Agency.
In 2015, Kathryn moved to Townsville with her husband (serving in the Australian Defence Force) and was inspired to launch her own Agency, specialising in personalised property management. As the owner responsible for wearing many hats in the business, Kathryn organically grew the Rent Roll to over 180 properties in less than two years before selling the Rent Roll at the end of 2018.
Upon moving back to Brisbane in early 2019, she followed her passion for social justice; Kathryn joined St Vincent de Paul Society QLD as a Community Housing Officer, working with vulnerable people and assisting women escaping domestic and family violence.
Her diverse experience in the industry will ensure Kathryn will provide you with nothing but the best and most focused service. Selling her Rent Roll, Kathryn has experienced the ups and downs of selling her asset, which was grown with pride and dedication. She uses this experience to assist other Agency owners in ensuring their rental portfolios are working for them and are grown “with the end in mind.”
Kathryn is an avid CrossFit-er in her spare time and obtained her Level 1 Coaching Certificate at the beginning of this year and now coaches CrossFit Kids on a Saturday morning. Living by the water, she enjoys stand-up paddle boarding and spending time with her family and animals. She also dabbles a bit in politics and advocacy utilising her Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Rights and Ethics.
