On Laurens first day, she brought over 21 years of real estate expertise to Real Estate Dynamics, with a career that kicked off in the vibrant holiday letting scene of Byron Bay, NSW, back in 2003. Known for her dynamic approach, she quickly made her mark managing a diverse property portfolio across the QLD/NSW border in Tugun.

Her journey saw her shine at the Northern Rivers Elders Group, which later became McGrath, where she snagged the Elders Property Manager of the Year award for Queensland in 2009. Lauren’s knack for leadership led her to helm the Palm Beach branch, overseeing a rent roll of over 800 properties with a stellar team of six.

Returning to her roots on the Sunshine Coast, Lauren was instrumental in organically growing McGrath’s rent roll, showcasing her commitment to sustainable business growth. After welcoming her son in 2016, she co-founded a start-up agency, where her passion for property management flourished.

In 2024, Lauren sold her thriving rent roll through Real Estate Dynamics, igniting her interest in brokerage and helping other business owners navigate the same path. Her first hand experience underscores her dedication to matching the right buyer to the seller, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal outcomes.

Off the clock, you’ll find Lauren cheering on her son at the footy, practicing yoga, or volunteering at the local animal refuge. Her love for community and family keeps her grounded and connected to the local scene.
