Stephen Gray brings some of the most valuable Rent Roll and Agency Sales experience in Australia to his role as Team Trainer & Mentor for Real Estate Dynamics’ National Brokerage & Sales Team.

Having personally Brokered more than $89 million worth of Rent Roll and Agency transactions throughout his career, Stephen has developed a deep understanding of every stage of the sales process. His reputation was built on exceptional Client care, attention to detail and successfully guiding both Sellers and Buyers through complex transactions.

Today, Stephen applies this extensive experience to supporting and developing our National Brokerage & Sales Team. Drawing on decades of industry experience, he helps our Brokers navigate complex transactions, strengthen their commercial skills and deliver exceptional outcomes for Clients across Australia.

Stephen’s background as a Principal Licensee across three separate businesses provides him with a unique perspective on business ownership, growth and succession planning. He understands first-hand the challenges and emotions involved in transferring the value of a Rent Roll or Agency and uses that experience to support and mentor our team.

Throughout his Brokerage career, Stephen became known for his ability to identify the right Buyer for each opportunity. He understands that successful transactions are not simply about finding a Buyer, but about finding the right Buyer to maximise retention and deliver the best outcome for all parties involved. These principles continue to form a key part of the training and mentoring he provides today.

Stephen’s knowledge of commercial contracts and industry best practice remains highly regarded throughout the sector. His experience is regularly sought by Valuers and legal professionals seeking guidance on specialised aspects of Rent Roll and Agency transactions.
