General Terms and Conditions

1. This competition is organised by Real Estate Dynamics and will run from 10 July 2024 to 17 July 2024.
2. The winner will be drawn on Thursday, 18 July 2024.
3. Completing the survey grants you one (1) entry into the competition for a chance to win a $200.00 Eftpos gift card.
4. Providing a testimonial makes you eligible to win an additional $100.00 Eftpos gift card if you are the winner of the $200 gift card competition.
5. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
6. The gift card can be used wherever Eftpos is accepted.
7. One (1) winner will be drawn for the $200.00 gift card.
8. If the winner did not provide a testimonial in their survey response, they will not be eligible to receive the additional $100.00 gift card.
9. The winners will be selected through a digital randomised ‘Wheel of Fortune’ prize draw.
10. Winner will be announced via email to all participants and will be personally contacted by Real Estate Dynamics to confirm their prize.
11. If a winner does not claim their prize within ten (10) days of winning, a new draw will be conducted until the prize is claimed.
12. Real Estate Dynamics may use your survey responses and testimonial (if provided) for research and marketing purposes.

To be eligible to enter the chance to win $200 Gift Card

1. You must be 18 years or older.
2. You must be currently employed by an organisation that holds an active Real Estate Dynamics membership.
3. You must have a user account set up in the Resource & Support Hub.
4. You must complete the Real Estate Dynamics Member Survey by 3:00pm AEST, Wednesday 17 July 2024.

To be eligible to win additional $100 Gift Card

1. You must be 18 years or older.
2. You must be currently employed by an organisation that holds an active Real Estate Dynamics membership.
3. You must have a user account set up in the Resource & Support Hub.
4. You must have completed the Real Estate Dynamics Member Survey by 3:00pm AEST, Wednesday 17 July 2024.
5. You must have provided a testimonial in the Real Estate Dynamics Member Survey by 3:00pm AEST, Wednesday, 17 July 2024.

By participating in the competition, entrants acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
