Heather Jopson

Heather’s career to date shows a consistent passion across two key areas – Business and Property. A passion for property investing led to her career in property management, and between 2009 – 2022, she owned and operated two property management businesses. The more recent of these was “Beyond Property Management” in Brisbane, which Heather grew to circa 700 properties under management. This was achieved primarily through organic growth, with some targeted acquisitions along the way.

After selling Beyond Property Management, and directly before joining Real Estate Dynamics, Heather worked as a ‘Generalist’ Business Broker in a role that saw her successfully guide clients across a wide variety of industries through the business sale process.  During this time, she also completed her Certified Professional Business Broker (CPBB) qualifications.  This experience in generalist business broking combined with 20 years in business herself, 15 of which were in the property industry, gives her a depth of experience to handle the most complex scenarios throughout a Rent Roll or Agency sale.

Heather prides herself on her relationship-based approach to all business interactions and is known for her high level of integrity, and her up-front honesty. She is passionate about supporting agency owners toward a successful exit strategy, which she firmly believes is defined by a two-fold approach – ensuring the best financial outcome for the client, while also ensuring they feel well guided and supported throughout the sale process.
