Rent Roll Demand is considered to be strong, with two formal offers to purchase to one contract signed, but Buyers are still commercially savvy.
There has been a slight increase in Rent Rolls available in the marketplace, and this slight increase has adjusted Buyer’s choices upward ever so slightly.
In Queensland, the highest price achieved was $3.20 per dollar for a Rent Roll Sale on the Sunshine Coast, and the average AAMI recorded this Quarter across all sales in Queensland was $1,986.00.
In NSW, $3.25 was the highest multiple for a Central Coast Rent Roll and the average AAMI for all Rent Roll sales was $1,627.00 Inner City Sydney still remains tightly held as well as in strong demand.
In VIC, $3.30 was the highest multiple in Melbourne’s West, with the average of all Victorian sales AAMI being $1,201.
In Tasmania, we have launched three terrific Rent Roll portfolios, and we expect lots of activity as we speak with Buyers on the Apple Isle.
South Australia continues to be held tightly, but many Leaders are curious about the value of their Rent Rolls and talking with us about Rent Roll Growth through organic, acquisition and scalable means.
