A licensed Estate Agent and experienced auctioneer, Brad has been in the Real Estate industry since 1999 and started as a residential salesperson in Warrnambool Victoria. During that time he built a team of three specialising in the sale of residential homes by auction and private sale, he established a strong client base and grew to 15 sales per month. He was a proven track record which has been widely recognised in many written testimonials from past vendors and buyers.

Brad began his first office as a business owner in Warrnambool, in December 2006 which later rebranded to a new brand created to develop into an alternative for the traditional Real Estate franchise model. He then secured an established office in Geelong with a business partner and was involved leading a great team of 44 staff to successfully turning it around to a profitable business including managing over 1500 properties.

In 2017, Brad opened another successful business in Ballarat from scratch and with the implementation of strong team members, documented systems and processes, the Ballarat office quickly established its brand and positioning in the market with the Property Management department achieving 100 properties under management in the first 8 months.
