Courtney Pearson brings nearly two decades of Property Management experience to her role as Learning Designer and Facilitator at Real Estate Dynamics. Since starting her real estate journey in 2006, she has taken on many roles including Property Manager, problem solver, coach, and growth driver. Today, she channels that experience into designing practical and effective training programs for professionals across the industry.

With strong communication skills, a deep understanding of operations, and a calm, solutions-focused approach, Courtney is known for turning challenges into learning opportunities. Her reputation is grounded in care, honesty, and genuine connection. These values continue to guide the way she teaches and supports others.

Having worked in both North Queensland and Brisbane in high-performing teams, Courtney understands what it takes to succeed in a fast-paced Property Management environment. Her focus is on helping others gain the clarity, confidence, and capability they need to grow and perform in their roles.
