Courtney Pearson joins the Real Estate Dynamics family as an experienced and successful Property Management Specialist. Having worked in the Real Estate industry since 2006, her broad skill range extends from excellent written and oral communication, organisational and IT skills, adapting well to change and having the proven ability to resolve problems creatively and quickly.
Having built her reputation as a property manager who really cares about clients, people are her passion, and she enjoys working with anyone and everyone from all walks of life. Courtney loves hearing the stories people tell about their lives. Honesty is her greatest asset, and her ability to overcome obstacles and face challenges sets her apart.
From working in both North Queensland and across Brisbane in award-winning teams, she brings a wealth of knowledge about the operational workings of the Property Management industry. Seeking to encourage others in her chosen field of expertise, Courtney joins us as the Learning Designer and Facilitator here at Real Estate Dynamics.

On a personal level, Courtney is a proud mum of two with a flair for cake decorating. She can often be found tinkering around the house or garden while also enjoying shopping, wine tasting and spending time with her family.
