Having terrific mentors with industry greats put me on a career trajectory from Biggin & Scott Richmond, Melbourne, to regional Victoria, which included being the Principal & building two Agencies with Biggin & Scott in Daylesford & Ballarat. My husband & I were always big advocates of having great marketing & processes & procedures to manage growth. We entered the market at 13 out of 35 Agencies & exited at 4 & we literally had a quarter of the staff of any of our main competitors. Helping other industry players punch well above their weight is something I truly enjoy.

A passion for innovation has always driven us to reinvent processes & design software that would change our industry. My husband & I designed & had built a contactless check-in for open inspections when apps first arrived on the market. We went on to develop software that is now being used by American banks to divest property based on metrics to measure realtor performance. Analysing agent performance based on company culture & work structures is something that has always been a key interest.

Having purchased, grown, split, merged & sold a Rent Roll (through Real Estate Dynamics), there isn’t much I haven’t experienced first-hand when it comes to establishing, taking over & divesting businesses. I revel in the ability to negotiate a great result & then provide processes, time frames & context to stabilise the sales process & maximise your teams’ capacity during this time.
