I enjoyed learning about the various behaviours in the EDISC Behavioural report. The unpack meeting is where Daneen went into the details of EDISC, which delved into the explanation of my behaviour.
At first, I thought, “yes, that’s like me, and that’s not like me” … and then I thought about it and realised it was pretty accurate, and it was very much like me. I have a better understanding of how I behave, how I work, and what my areas of opportunity are.
Since having the report done, I have found that my leader understands me better and has already taken steps to support me in my role as Property Manager.
