Special Terms for Memberships

These Special Terms apply to Customers and Users that are part of our Membership Offering.

1. PAYMENT AND CONTRACT TERM
1.1  Initial payment will be deducted from your nominated credit card or bank account upon purchase.
1.2  All future monthly payments will be deducted from your nominated credit card or bank account on the monthly anniversary of the initial purchase and contract start date.
1.3  If your payment details are invalid for any reason, access to membership benefits will be suspended until payment is made.
1.4  Contracts are a fixed term agreement with a minimum term of 12 months. A fixed term agreement ends when the minimum term ends.
1.5  Contracts become an ongoing agreement after the minimum term ends.
1.6  Memberships are non-transferable.
1.7  Memberships are limited to one per office.
1.8  Monthly business consulting sessions run for 11 months per calendar year.
1.9  Business diagnostic min RRP $4,600 per office.
1.10  Services delivered face-to-face incur additional expenses, please refer to our Travel Policy for details.
1.11  Some training and programs have a limited number of seats and are subject to availability. If your preferred session is full, we will offer an alternative option.
1.12  Additional consulting and coaching services purchased in addition to what is provided in your membership are valid 12 months from the date of purchase.

2. CANCELLATION
2.1  You will be invoiced the balance of your fixed term agreement for cancellations occurring during the 12 month minimum term.
2.2 An ongoing agreement can be cancelled by providing 30 days written notice.

3. TRAINING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TRAINING & ACCELERATED MEMBERS

3.1 Included Courses

3.1.1 Online Courses – included in membership

    • Maintenance
    • Routine Inspections
    • Accelerated Leasing

3.1.2 Blended Courses – discounts may apply for members

    • Leasing Mastery Blended
    • Winning in Property Management Self Paced

3.1.3 Live Courses (online or onsite) – discounts may apply for members

    • STANDOUT | BDM Performance Program
    • Winning in Property Management

3.1.4 To maintain quality, compliance and currency in courses, Real Estate Dynamics reserves the right to change the courses available to the Training and Accelerated membership offerings.
3.1.5 Corporate Training is not included in Training and Accelerated membership offerings.

3.2 Registrations for Blended and Live Courses

3.2.1 Seat Availability

    • Some training courses have a limited number of seats and are subject to availability. If your preferred session is full, we will offer an alternative option.
    • Each membership has a maximum of 4 seat registrations per intake.

3.2.2 Please contact Real Estate Dynamics Training Services for bulk registration queries.

3.3 Refunds and Transfers for Blended and Live Courses

3.3.1  Full refunds and transfers are available up to 10 business days prior to the start of the course.
3.3.2  Part refund of 50% of the total cost are available up to 5 to 9 business days prior to the start of the course. No course transfers are available.
3.3.3  Under 5 business days, no refunds or course transfers are available
3.3.4  Transfers into a different course are available up to 10 business days prior to the start of the course.
3.3.5  Transfers into a different name are available up to 24 hours prior to the course
3.3.6  In the event that Real Estate Dynamics cancels your course enrolment, a full refund will be issued or a transfer offered.
3.3.7  If transferring to a lower price course up to 10 business days prior to the start of the course, a partial refund is available.
3.3.8  If transferring to a different course, the difference must be paid upon confirmation
3.3.9  If attendee does not attend the course, no refunds or transfers are available and the amount paid is forfeited.

3.4 Training Vouchers and Registrations on hold

3.4.1  Training vouchers may be purchased or issued by Real Estate Dynamics.
3.4.2 All training vouchers must be used within 12 months from date of purchase or issue.
3.4.3  10 days business notice must be provided to Real Estate Dynamics if a registration is to be put on hold due to participant resignation. Registrations under this condition must be enrolled into a course within 12 months of original course start date.

3.5 Cancellation by Real Estate Dynamics

3.5.1  Real Estate Dynamics reserves the right to cancel an intake or change an intake date up to 5 business days prior to commencement of the course.
3.5.2  For cancellations by attendees, please refer to Refunds & Transfers for Blended and Live Courses.

3.6 Prohibited Registrations

3.6.1  Training registrations are available only to direct employees of the membership holder (Agency Principal).
3.6.2  All registrants must have access to the resource centre and support hub (KNOWLEDGE).
3.6.3  Training registrations are not available to contractors, suppliers or off-shore personnel.
3.6.4  Memberships are purchased and allocated to the Agency Principal for one office only. Employees from other offices are not able to register for Training Courses under this membership.

3.7 Student Conduct

3.7.1  Attendees best endeavors must be made to meet the requirements of the course and to achieve a Certificate of Completion which will be at the discretion of the trainer.
3.7.2  Any requests for extensions will be considered by the Real Estate Dynamics trainer on a case-by-case basis.
3.7.3  It is expected that all attendees arrive no later than the start time of the course.
3.7.4  Attendees who are disruptive, use inappropriate language or display general bad behaviour will be removed from the course and the amount paid is forfeited.
3.7.5  All attendees are prohibited sharing other attendees personal information.
3.7.6  Attendees agree that their log-in details and course content cannot be shared. Sharing of this information it may lead to cancellation of enrolment and forfeit of amount paid.
